Deleting your account

You can delete your Loops account at any time, from either the web app or the mobile app:

• Mobile app: Settings → Account → Delete account.
• Web app: Profile → Account → Delete account.

• Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out.
• You can no longer sign in, and your profile is no longer visible.
• Account data is retained for a limited period in deactivated form (for example to comply with legal, billing, and audit obligations), after which it is permanently removed.
• Content that belongs to an organisation you were a member of (such as workflows or messages in team conversations) may remain with that organisation.

Deleted your account by mistake? Contact us promptly and we may be able to restore it before permanent removal.
