How does the "Human Review" step actually work?
It’s a safety gate you can place anywhere in your workflow. When the AI reaches that step, it pauses and creates a draft. You (or your team) can then review, edit, or approve that draft in our dashboard. The message is only sent to the next step once you give the green light.
Do I need coding skills to build workflows?
Absolutely not. Our platform uses a visual, drag-and-drop canvas. You can build complex, event-triggered logic chains just by connecting different "nodes" together. However, if you are a developer, you can use "Custom Nodes" for more advanced functionality and integrations.
